Mukul Roy broke the BJP's backbone in the politics of Bengal.

Digital Desk: The BJP in West Bengal is on the verge of creating a huge mess. Mukul Roy is leaving the BJP and returning to the Trinamool Congress after losing the state assembly elections. After Mukul Roy's return to the Trinamool Congress, which has been in the party for almost four years, a large number of BJP MLAs have reportedly joined the Trinamool Congress.
On Monday, West Bengal opposition leader Shuvendu Adhikari went to Raj Bhavan to meet Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar. During this time, he was accompanied by 51 MLAs out of a total of six BJP MLAs. After this, the politics of Bengal became hot. It has been reported that MLAs who were not present during the Governor's meeting will leave the BJP and join the Trinamool Congress.
Mukul Roy, a former Trinamool Congress leader and a recent BJP defector, has been followed by a large number of BJP MLAs and activists to join the Trinamool Congress. Since leaving the party, Mukul Roy has been in touch with a large number of BJP MLAs as well as leaders and activists. Leaders admit that there are many leaders who have left the grassroots and joined the BJP.

Trinamool leader Mukul Roy, who joined the BJP in 2016, is returning to the party with his son Shubhanshu Roy. On Mukul Roy's return, Mamata Banerjee will give him an important position in the party, according to media reports. Ifale Mukul Roy's son Shubhanshu Roy told the media that 20 to 25 BJP MLAs and two MPs would join the Trinamool Congress. It is pertinent to note that after Mukul Roy rejoined the Trinamool Congress, the BJP has been keeping a close eye on his MLAs. The party is keeping an eye on the MLAs and party leaders who have distanced themselves from the party's program to prevent the BJP MLAs from joining the Trinamool Congress.
The BJP has said that it will not attend the meeting due to health reasons. But at the same time, it is questionable to what extent the physical illness of 20 MLAs is acceptable. The BJP in Bengal has termed the absence of more than 20 MLAs during the meeting as a "normal incident" even though it has taken the incident seriously. After Mukul Roy left the BJP and returned to the grassroots, the fact that more than 20 legislators from the party's agenda are keeping an eye on him is sure to put the party in danger in the near future.
